There's no single right answer here. It depends on your life. But after 15 years we have some pretty clear opinions.
Tape is our bestseller, and for good reason. It's fast, lies flat and invisible, and the set can be reused when you move the tape up. Suits most people. If you're in doubt, start here.
Keratin lasts the longest, three to four months, and is the most natural method because each tip is fixed individually. But it needs a stylist both for application and removal. Choose keratin if you want something that just stays, and you forget it's there.
Clip-on is underrated. You take it off every night, so it stresses your own hair the least, and you decide when to wear it. If you're not sure extensions are for you at all, buy a clip-on set first.
Ponytail and halo are for those who want the effect in seconds, no thinking. No clips in your own hair, no stylist.
Short version: everyday life and longest wear, choose keratin. Most flexible, choose tape. Zero commitment, choose clip-on.
